Overwhelmed by love: Even though Profe Levin “warned” us of the compassionate welcome we would receive, we were surprised by the warmth. We are treated as friends :) We enjoyed learning line dances to traditional Hebrew music and playing fútbol. Evelyn, Kate, Ariely, Jesse Our first night with our hosts, the boys headed over to Fede’s house (one of the hosts), where they listened to Argentinian music, drank Cocacola, and ate popcorn - a favorite snack of the hosts. Others walked around the neighborhoods of the hosts and got coffee and pastries. At dinner, which is typically around 9:00 pm, everyone feasted on some form of beef.
